Star Movies recently did a campaign for their movie slot “My Star Movies at 9” with the hashtag #MyStarMoviesAt9, this activity was conducted for Social Media, mainly Twitter. The concept of this campaign was to interact with the audience and find out from them about how movies make them feel, The audience was required to tweet their feelings about how movies made them feel, using the same hashtag, and we would later capture that emotion into a personalised illustration and tweet it back to them.
This social media activity was done Live on the 19th of March 2018, and over 80+ tweets were responded with a personalised illustration. The hashtag #MoviesMakeMeFeel even picked up a trend nationwide having more and more audiences participate in the campaign
The illustrations were designed to be simple, yet descriptive of the feeling that was shared. We worked around with a minimal look, and played with the brand colours for a brand recall.
